Covenant Health hosts 3rd annual Back-to-School Bash

LUBBOCK, Texas — On Monday, Covenant Health announced in a press release it will host its third annual Back-to-School Bash for kids to fulfill their health requirements.

The release said kids can get their immunizations and physicals done at the Covenant Medical Group Northwest Clinic at 611 North Frankford Avenue.

According to the release, a sports physical will be $35 and immunizations will be $8 each. Covenant Health said to bring shot records if available.

The back-to-school bash will offer other events such as face painting, balloon animals, food trucks and other fun activities for kids. The Kite Flight pediatric and maternal transport ambulance will also be on site for kids to explore, as well as the Lubbock Fire Rescue engine and Lubbock Police Department vehicles.

The back-to-school bash will be on Saturday, August 3 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
