LUBBOCK, Texas — The Co-Op Public House said in a social media post that it would commit $3 from every taco plate sold to Louise Hopkins Underwood Art Center (LHUCA). This initiative follows the Lubbock City Council’s decision to cut $30,000 in funding from the First Friday Art Trail.

“We are saddened to hear about the loss of funding for the LHUCA First Friday Art Trail,” the post said.

The giveback will be valid at The Co-Op Public House at 4637 50th Street and Free Range Fry House at 6810 Milwaukee Avenue.
