    2 people arrested after traffic stop leads to finding ‘substantial amount’ of drugs: GCSO

    GEORGE COUNTY, Miss. ( WKRG ) — Two people were arrested Saturday after a traffic stop led deputies to find “a substantial amount of narcotics,” according to the George County Sheriff’s Office.

    Mobile man accused of stealing from AutoZone: MPD

    53-year-old Lasean Bryant of Lucedale was arrested after the traffic stop and charged with trafficking a controlled substance, according to officials. He was given a $200,000 commercial bond.

    40-year-old Tarrin Silva of Lucedale was the second person arrested, and she was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Silva was given a $15,000 commercial bond and is no longer in jail.

    GCSO officials said this is an ongoing investigation.
