Federal Jury Convicts Jamestown Man of Multiple Drug Charges
(WNY News Now) – BUFFALO, N.Y. — In a significant crackdown on drug-related crimes, U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced that a Jamestown, NY, man has been convicted by a federal jury on multiple serious drug charges. The charges include possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine, possession of MDMA, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, and maintaining a drug-involved premises. These convictions carry a mandatory minimum penalty of 25 years in prison and a maximum of life imprisonment.
