Hi all, our neighbor has had a giant tree rotting in her yard for years and never took care of it. One of its branches fell into our yard and caused significant damage. Homeowner is refusing to reason with us and says we should be responsible for it…has anybody dealt with this situation before? Any insight/guidance would be helpful, TIA.

Last week, a 23-year-old woman and a 27-year-old man, who both had warrants, were arrested following a traffic stop. On August 21, at approximately 3:00 p.m., a detective with the Coffee County Drug Unit was observing traffic on Hwy 21 North in the Oak Park Community when he noticed a Black GMC Pickup traveling south toward the city.
