The Dell Rapids Mudcats offense was held in check for six innings, but eventually the top team in the Cornbelt let loose in a 12-1 win over the Madison Broncos. Dells scored a run in the 1st and 6th innings for a 2-0 lead, as Madison starter Tyler Tappe struck out 7 Mudcats. Madison got their only run of the game on a Dawson Bakker home run in the bottom of the 6th to make the score 2-1.
