Fargo man arrested after allegedly vandalizing ATM
FARGO, ND — A man has been arrested in connection with vandalism in Fargo. Police say it happened late last month, when somebody threw a rock at an ATM at business along 13th Avenue South, leaving it severely damaged. Investigators used surveillance video to identify 27-year-old Jose Rodriquez as the suspect, as officers recognized him from a previous call in which they removed him from the same business.
One person shot and killed in Grand Forks; suspect arrested
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) – One person was murdered in a shooting in Grand Forks. Police were dispatched to Sledsters Food and Brew at 21 South 4th Street for a shooting in progress. Officers found one victim on the floor inside the business with gunshot wounds. Despite life-saving efforts, the victim died.

(KNOX) – 40th Ave. South will be closed from Cherry Street to Belmont Road starting Monday for a complete reconstruction. Detour signs will be posted. The intersection of 40th Avenue South and Cherry Street will reopen to traffic for north/south and west bound traffic by the end of this week. This intersection has been closed since May 20th for reconstruction.
