The West Fargo School District and state authorities performed an investigation. The report released this week says they found those accusations mostly valid and that Dahl violated policy, but that no abuse or negligence towards students was committed. In one incident, Dahl bruised a student who the district says was biting and punching him. The report also notes many students, faculty, and staff who are opposed to Dahl’s actions. He will be placed on an improvement plan and will return to Osgood Elementary this fall.
