Troopers: Man sets fire to home, estimated $50,000 in damages
LYCOMING COUNTY, Pa. — A man intentionally set his basement bedroom on fire in Lycoming County, state police said in their press release. Two others also live in the home. In the early morning of July 6, police went to the home on Musser Lane after a report of a house fire. The Fire Marshal was called in to investigate, police said.

MONTOURSVILLE – A Montoursville woman is dead following a crash on Route 87 in Upper Fairfield Township, Lycoming County on Saturday night. Police say Kathleen McFadden died on impact after the car she was traveling in with her husband was struck by another vehicle that crossed into their lane.
