New York City-based Headway built a platform to make it both easier for patients to find a therapist and easier for therapists to accept insurance. New restaurant leases 4,600 sq. ft., opens at Hoboken apartment building, RIPCO says
A new restaurant has taken nearly 4,600 square feet at the base of an apartment building in western Hoboken, in a newly announced deal by RIPCO Real Estate. In a news release, the brokerage team said BYRD is now open at 800 Jackson St., noting that it is the sister restaurant of Common Lot in Millburn. The eatery’s 4,585-square-foot space includes outdoor seating and benefits from what RIPCO described as extensive cosmetic renovations, while the operator has secured a liquor license for the business.

Police Launch Manhunt For Suspect Behind Clinton Hill Shootings
The NYPD has released new images of the man they now believe gunned down three people near a Brooklyn migrant shelter on Sunday night, killing two of the victims and leaving a third fighting for his life. According to police sources, detectives are zeroing in on a man caught on surveillance video they now believe is responsible for both shootings that took place on July 21. Initially, police reported that Arturo Jose Rodriguez-Marcano was fatally shot in the chest near the Steuben Playground at the corner of Flushing Avenue and Steuben Street.
