Mitchell Burgess, 40, of 160 Neptune Blvd., was arrested on the charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, resisting arrest, having no inspection sticker,  and refusing to identify themself at 2:29 a.m. Thursday.

Jason Melendez, 21, of 11 West View Road, was arrested on the charges of operating a motor vehicle and failing to stop  at 11:58 a.m. Thursday.
