Temperatures are starting in the upper 60s to low 70s this morning but will climb into the mid 80s this afternoon under partly cloudy skies. A few isolated showers and storms may pop up this afternoon and evening, but most of us will stay dry. All in all, pleasant weather for the start of the Vanderburgh County Fair!

Police called, Indiana man banned from all Walmarts after allegedly stealing energy drink
EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WKRC) - An Indiana man was handed a lifetime ban from all Walmart locations after he allegedly stole an energy drink. According to WFIE, authorities in Evansville, Indiana were called to a Walmart location due to a report of a theft Friday. Per the outlet, asset protection employees told officers on the scene that a man took an energy drink, downed it and put the can back on the shelf.

BROWNSTOWN, Ind. – The 2024 Jackson County Fair got underway Sunday evening in Brownstown and continues today, Monday, July 22, through this Saturday, July 27. One of the initial events was choosing the Jackson County Fair Queen Court on Sunday evening. Carly Kaiser was selected as the 2024 Jackson County Fair Queen.
