Washington Company Search states that Segar Games LLC was incorporated on March 20th, 2024. Two people, Gargitt Au and Sean Flinn, are listed on the permit and business filing.

For the property itself, according to Moody Analytics , the property is described as a Glen Haven retail space with a “7,594 RSF of retail facing courtyard and water fountain. Building in good condition with renovation plans in the works.”
