The first-annual Wisconsin Bluegrass Bash will make its debut at 4780 Mathey Road in Sturgeon Bay. Featured musicians will include Dig Deep, Buffalo Galaxy, Liam Purcell and Cane Mill Road, The Bibelhauser Brothers, Miles Over Mountains, Fox Crossing Stringband, The Thirsty River, Sloppy Joe, Rodeo Borealis, Dairyland’s Finest Stringband, The Stray Bales and Bent Grass.
Wisconsin Air National Guard shows off new F-35A fighter at AirVenture
OSHKOSH, Wis. (WBAY) -Oshkosh is known as the mecca of sport aviation, but Wisconsin can also now be called home to one of the military’s most state of the art aircraft. The 115th Fighter Wing of the Wisconsin Air National Guard in Madison received eight F-35A Lighting II aircraft in April of 2023, becoming only the second Air National Guard wing in the country to get them. The Vermont Air National Guard’s 158th Fighter Wing was the first.
