    Crowne Plaza

    With seatings at 10 AM and 2 PM, the Crowne Plaza Executive Center restaurant will offer a lavish buffet with live music by Connor Underwood. On the menu are:

    • Gumbo and Salads
    • Assorted Cold Seafood Display
    • Omelet and Waffle Station
    • Carving Station featuring Roasted Turkey, Honey Baked Ham, and Roasted Lamb Tenderloin with Mint Jelly
    • Small Bites
    • Entrees like Seafood Au Gratin, Eggplant Shrimp Casserole, Baked Salmon, and Baked Chicken Breast

    Serving Easter Sunday brunch from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM, BRQ Restaurant will offer favorites like Crab Cake Benedict, Overnight Oats, Avocado Salmon Toast, and a French Breakfast Sandwich.

    The Easter "Feed the Table" menu serves four to seven people and comes with a jumbo slice of carrot cake.
