    Annual Erath Fourth of July Celebration - June 30 through July 4

    Downtown Erath

    The Annual Erath Fourth of July Celebration, an old-fashioned street fair complete with carnival rides and a nightly fais-do-do runs from Friday, June 30 to Tuesday, July 4. There will be a fun run, food, games, a parade, and water fights to be enjoyed. It all wraps up with a fire works display on July 4 at 9:00 PM.

    July Celebration Fireworks - Downtown Monroe & West Monroe - July 1

    The twin cities of Monroe and West Monroe will kick off the Fourth of July with July Celebration Fireworks on Saturday, July 1, from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Enjoy shopping, food, and festivities all day long, and then end the night with a Bang! Launched from the Endom Bridge over the Ouachita River, the fireworks are best viewed from downtown West Monroe, downtown Monroe, or the West Monroe levee. Free.

    City of New Roads Independence Day - July 2

    210 Morrison Parkway

    Celebrate the birth of our nation with the City of New Roads on July 2 beginning at noon. Food, entertainment, and activities for the whole family including sounds by Total Control and boats floating up and down False River will delight guests. The annual boat parade begins at 2:00 PM with boats dressed in vibrant shades of red, white, and blue. Music starts at 5:00 PM and fire works begin at 9:00 PM. Free.

    Good Earth 4th of July Festival - Houma - July 4

    The Bayou Country Sports Park in Houma is the setting for the Good Earth 4th of July Festival, an all-new Independence Day tradition. Live music, food, fun, and games will culminate with a spectacular fire works display. The event begins at 12:00 PM with music from the MJ Dardar Band followed by Leroy Thomas, Voodoo Bayou, Junior Lacrosse, and Rockin' Dopsie, Jr.

    No ice chests are allowed on the event grounds, but guests can enjoy food trucks and beverages. Admission is free.

    Fireworks on the River - Krotz Springs - July 4

    562 Front Street

    Nall Park is the setting for Fireworks on the River in Krotz Springs. Enjoy hot dogs, watermelon, and live music by JC Melancon & The Bayou Rock Band. Bring ice chests, blankets, and lawn chairs and settle into a cozy spot at dusk for a beautiful display.

    WBRZ's Fireworks on the Mississippi - Baton Rouge - July 4

    300 S River Road

    WBRZ's Fireworks on the Mississippi is the largest fireworks display in Louisiana. Kicking off at 9:00 PM, the sky show can be viewed from either side of the Mississippi River in Downtown Baton Rouge or Port Allen.
