New Cava Restaurant on Highland Road Opening Soon

It's been several months since we reported that a new Cava restaurant would be opening on Highland Road in Baton Rouge. It appears that construction has been completed, and the furniture and appliances have been installed.

Cava is a Mediterranean-inspired eatery that serves bowls and pitas. Grilled chicken, hummus, lamb meatballs, falafel, roasted eggplant, olives, feta, tomato, onion, baby spinach, lettuce, and several kinds of rice are just a few of the ingredients available for build-your-own or house combination pitas, salads, and bowls.

While the exact date the restaurant will be opening has not yet been discovered, by all indications, it will be soon!
