    Autumn and festivals are in full swing in Louisiana this weekend.

    Port Barre Cracklin Festival - Port Barre - November 9, 10, 11, 12

    129 Park Street

    A cookoff, pageants, a parade, rides, games, live music, crafts, and delicious food & drink highlight the 37th annual Cracklin Festival. Gates open at 5:00 PM Friday and Saturday and 10:00 AM Saturday and Sunday.

    The musical lineup includes:

    Children under 10 are admitted free.

    Atchafalaya Basin Festival - Henderson - November 11

    Park Drive

    The Henry Guidry Memorial Park in Henderson is the setting for the Atchafalaya Basin Festival. Visitors can expect live music, artwork, a raffle, unique merchandise, a gumbo & fish courtbouillion cooking contest, live and silent auctions, and a diverse range of locally inspired cuisine.

    Musical acts include:

    • The Jo-Genes
    • Hunter Courville & Cajun Fever
    • Chubby Carrier & Bayou Swamp Band
    • Geno Delafosse & French Rockin Boogie
    • Jamie Bergeron & Kickin' Cajuns
    • Louisiana Red

    Admission and parking are free.

    Destrehan Plantation's Annual Fall Festival - Destrehan - November 11 & 12

    13034 River Road

    Craft vendors, antique dealers, live entertainment, and Cajun and Creole food will be available at Destrehan Plantation's Annual Fall Festival. Kids' activities include pony rides, arts & crafts, face painting, and stuffed animal creation.

    The entertainment lineup includes:

    • Kayla Woodson
    • Ryan Foret and Foret Tradition
    • Peyton Falgoust Band

    Admission is $9 for adults over the age of 12; $5 for children 6 to 12; Free for those 5 and under. Gates are open from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on both days.

    Three Rivers Art Festival - Covington - November 11 & 12

    200 - 600 Blocks of Columbia Street

    The Three Rivers Art Festival takes place in Historic Downtown Covington from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. A juried show of original works, the festival features over 200 artists from more than 22 states. Artists' booths will line both sides of Columbia Street with works in every medium.

    Visitors will find:

    • Paintings
    • Photography
    • Ceramics
    • Woodworking
    • Fiber art
    • Metalworks
    • Jewelry
    • Sculpture
    • And more

    There will be food, cocktails, a children's area, and awards shows. Music will be provided by Jude LeBlanc and Jake Gunter.

    Admission is free.
