    Crockpot Coca-Cola® Boneless Ribs

    Boneless ribs are very versatile. They are delicious grilled, pan-fried, or baked in the oven. When you put them in a slow-cooker, the result is tender and juicy.

    Ingredients

    • 3 lbs. boneless, country-style ribs
    • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne or other red pepper
    • 1/2 cup Coca-Cola®
    • 2/3 cup prepared barbecue sauce

    Directions

    1. Cut ribs lengthwise into serving-size portions.
    2. Place in crockpot and season with garlic salt and pepper.
    3. Add Coca-Cola® and cover.
    4. Cook on LOW for about 8 hours, until tender.
    5. During last 30 minutes of cook time, drain juice from the ribs and coat well with barbecue sauce.

    Very good with potato salad or baked mac and cheese.
