A body found in Mississippi is believed to be a Southern University student who was reported missing a week earlier, West Feliciana Sheriff Brian Spillman said Wednesday. Family members reported Steven Harris IV, 20, of St. Francisville, missing on July 17 after they were unable to reach his cell phone.
