Love Hope Center for the Arts kicked off its annual Artist of the new Festival with its first ever film festival
HICO, WV (WOAY)- Love Hope’s Artist of the New Festival has been going on for now three years. This year, one local student brought the idea to expand the festival to include young filmmakers. It went off without a hitch as multiple people ages 10 to 24 submitted for the festival.

Carnegie Hall hosts 31st annual ‘Kids’ College’
