Hilltop buys old Wells Fargo building on Main Street
GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — The downtown Wells Fargo building is easy to spot on the corner of Main and Fourth streets offering a prime spot for new life to downtown. Its relocation has left a void on Main Street. Hilltop Community Resources has announced its purchase of the building. Denver Nuggets close Summer League with consecutive wins thanks to Trey Alexander's late takeover
It took some clutch offense from Trey Alexander for the Nuggets to avoid a collapse in their Summer League finale, a 91-82 win over the Pelicans on Saturday in Las Vegas. Denver saw an early 23-point lead dissolve in the final minutes. Then, Alexander scored or assisted 10 of Denver’s final 16 points. The rookie finished with 19 points, making 8 of his 10 shots from the field and all three of his 3-pointers. He added seven rebounds, three assists, one steal and a block in 29 minutes. The former Creighton standout averaged more than 17 points, five rebounds and two assists over five Summer League games.
