Popular Colorado ski resort hits the market as search to find new owners begins
The closest ski resort for many of those on Colorado's Front Range is set to be sold, according to a report from Storm Skiing. Storm Skiing's Stuart Winchester reports that POWDR, owner of 10 ski areas around the United States and Canada, will be selling off Eldora Mountain Resort in Boulder County along with several other winter slopesport spots including Killington and Pico in Vermont, Mt. Bachelor in Oregon, and Silver Star in British Columbia. If all sales come to fruition as planned, this will leave POWDR owning five spots, including Colorado's Copper Mountain in Summit County.

Colorado Gov. Jared Polis on Wednesday announced before a national TV audience that he's a "Redditor" — and that caused some excitement on the local Denver subreddit.
