HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (June 11, 2024) – According to Harris County Constable Precinct 3, Day shift deputies were dispatched to the 11930 block of Coral Reef Drive in reference to a family disturbance call. Upon arrival, deputies met with the victim who stated that Yuliza Mendoza became belligerent and irate, then grabbed two 8-inch kitchen knives and began making threats towards the victim. The victim also stated Mendoza used a steel toe boot to hit them in the forearm, leaving visible injuries. Additionally, Mendoza damaged the victim's vehicle as they were attempting to leave the residence.

Illinois is officially the first state to require child compensation for "sharenting." According to ABC News, the new legislation, signed into effect by Governor J.B. Pritzker, requires that "children age 16 and under be compensated if, within a 30-day period, they are in at least 30% of a video or online content for which the adult, whether a parent or caregiver, is being paid."

According to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI), the search took place on Friday, June 28, at the residence of 28-year-old Shyiem Marquon Banks and 36-year-old Roderick Dion Collins. Investigators discovered a substantial quantity of drugs, including 210 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 3.2 pounds of suspected marijuana, 13 grams of suspected alpha-PVP (Flakka/bath salts), over 90 suspected oxycodone tablets, and 2 firearms.
