I lived in Scottsdale at the time these multiple .murders happened. I do not understand how he has been free for all these years. Where is the justice for his wife and children? Perhaps he has gone undercover within law enforcement or the FBI. One thing for sure is that he is not still living in the woods all these years. How hard is it to find this man through DNA?
