    Madison Police looking for leads after man killed in shooting on Miller Boulevard

    MADISON, Ala. (WHNT) — The Madison Police Department is asking for the public’s help to learn more about a shooting that killed a man Wednesday night.

    According to MPD, officers responded to a shooting call on Miller Boulevard near Old Madison Pike around 11:30 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found a man who had been shot and attempted lifesaving measures until paramedics arrived.

    HEMSI took the man to Huntsville Hospital where he died from his injuries.

    Now, MPD is looking for information surrounding the shooting. Authorities said there is reason to believe the victim and the shooter knew each other and that this was an isolated incident.
