Massena woman arrested for series of vehicle thefts in Cayuga County
A Massena woman was arrested for stealing multiple vehicles in Cayuga County Wednesday. On February 29, deputies with the Cayuga County Sheriff's Office responded to Lake Road in the Town of Genoa for a car in a ditch.
