4-H club news

The Madison Junior Farmers 4-H club held two meetings in June. Treasurer Mylie Forgrave called the June 9 meeting to order. Mylie did a presentation on how to move around a hog in the show ring. Advisor Bruce Forgrave led the activity for this meeting. It was to practice hog judging. Reminders for next meeting and upcoming project judging were reviewed.

The June 16 meeting was called to order by Jaycee Wilson, and she led the group in pledges. Secretary Abi Shearer took minutes. The Perry County Fair Premium books were handed out and advisor LeAnn Forgrave answered questions on projects and upcoming events. Next meeting will be scheduled once club t-shirts are received.
