"Para-Rock the Annex" to spook up Madison

MADISON, Wis. -- Ali K Promotions announced early July the Aug. 3 event "Para-Rock the Annex," a paranormal-themed expo and vendor fair with a live music afterparty at The Red Zone in Madison.

AKP said the vendor fair, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., will feature crystal dealers, psychics, a neuropathic doctor, paranormal podcast hosts, reiki masters, medical psychics, oddity dealers, paranormal investigators, jewelry dealers, authors, and the cast of a paranormal TV show, among many others.

AKP said celebrity guests include Dave Schrader, Nick Simons, and Aaron Thompson, who will lead an investigation at Sanatorium Hill that evening. Featured speakers will include a psychic medium, ghost walker, death doula, podcaster, and paranormal experiencer. A psychic gallery and paranormal basics workshop will also be featured in the event.

After the expo, AKP said the glow-in-the-dark afterparty will run from 7:00 p.m. to midnight. Live bands will include Lockjaw, Revolution X, Bellhead, Gilded Cages, and Rae.

Tickets can be bought on Eventbrite . Prices range from $12-$100, depending on how many events a guest may want to attend.
