The men were charged for their alleged role in an October 2023 shooting outside the Harmony Apartments on Madison's east side that left Miller dead and three other teens injured.

Douglas, White and Clark made their initial appearances in court on Thursday. An arrest warrant was issued Thursday for Sexton, who was being held in the Racine County Jail.

Online court records show Douglas, 21, was given a $1 million cash bond. Should he post that bond, he will be required to wear a GPS monitor and must remain in his home at all times.

White, 23, was given a $750,000 cash bond and Clark, 21, was given a $1 million cash bond. Should they post bond, neither will be allowed to leave their homes.

Preliminary hearings for all three men are set for Aug. 8.
