Magee Police Chief Shane Little resigns

MAGEE, Miss. ( WJTV ) – The police chief for the City of Magee announced his resignation.

“I have been blessed with an offer that will better the lives of me and my family. After much prayer and consideration, I have accepted this offer. While I am formally resigning as the Chief of Police for this city, I still have high hopes and great expectations for the future of the Magee Police Department and the City of Magee,” said Police Chief Shane Little.

“I would like to thank the people of the City of Magee, the Board, and most importantly the men and women of the Magee Police Department,” Little continued. “I am eternally grateful for the time I have served as your chief. It has been an honor and a privilege.”
