Concerned citizens help capture armed fugitive fleeing from Mississippi deputies
Adams County Sheriff’s deputies, with the help of some concerned citizens, captured a wanted fugitive Thursday morning. Sheriff Travis Patten of Adams County reported that around 7:30 a.m., his office received a call from the Louisiana Bureau of Investigations (LBI) seeking assistance in locating a wanted individual believed to be in the Natchez area. The fugitive in question was Chad Dewayne Bouchaund Jr., 25, from Baton Rouge. Bouchaund was suspected of six counts of child pornography involving minors under the age of 13 and one count of computer-aided solicitation of a minor, all felonies.
