On my recent business trip, I visited Cincinnati in the Midwest, right next to Kentucky. Just a bridge away lies Kentucky, and I must say, the view from the bridge is stunning! 😍 While Cincinnati's downtown is nice, I found Kentucky's downtown area to be cleaner and felt safer. Both the zoo and the aquarium are worth a visit, with a great variety of animals and super cute kangaroos! 🦘 Here are the top 3 restaurants I highly recommend: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Riverside Korean Restaurant (Kentucky) Their beef rib radish soup is to die for, especially comforting when I caught a cold in the first week 🤒. The side dishes were so-so, but the octopus with pork belly was tasty, and although I wouldn't recommend the black bean noodles, overall, it's a great spot. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Zundo (Cincinnati) This place serves some authentically delicious Japanese ramen 🍜. Both their ramen and rice dishes exceed expectations, you really can't go wrong here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just Q'in BBQ (Kentucky) A famous local BBQ joint that my colleagues had already visited twice, so I went with some skepticism. The brisket was incredibly tender, and the sauce had the mild flavor I love ❤️. Plus, their cornbread is fantastic! 😋 These spots made my trip both tasty and memorable!
