Magoffin man arrested on federal indictment
PIKEVILLE – A Magoffin County man was arrested last week on a federal drug indictment. Daniel Jackson, 57, of Salyersville, was picked up in Morgan County on Friday, June 14, by U.S. Marshals, and taken to Pike County Detention Center, where he remains at press time, scheduled for an arraignment on Monday, June 24, in federal court in Pikeville.

PIKEVILLE, Ky. — A Magoffin County man who was indicted on federal drug charges last month after drugs were found hidden in his car back in February has now been arrested. Daniel Jackson, 56, of Salyersville, stands accused of possession of meth and fentanyl with the intent to distribute.
