NY weather update: Flood advisory anticipated to expire at 1 a.m.
The advisory was for Westchester County. "The Flood Advisory will expire at 1 a.m. early this morning for portions of southern Connecticut, including the following area, Fairfield and southeast New York, including the following area, Westchester.
