The long-standing feud between Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez appears to have intensified, with Carey reportedly taking pleasure in Lopez’s recent struggles. According to an insider, Carey has found satisfaction in Lopez’s canceled tour and marital issues, suggesting that she sees it as “karma” for Lopez’s perceived arrogance and lack of talent.

The source shared with In Touch, “Mariah is really excited to be getting back to Vegas and looking forward to proving she’s still at the top of the game… She’s extra excited to show that she’s still got it after J. Lo had to go and cancel her concert tour.” The insider noted that Carey has been closely following Lopez’s difficulties and has enjoyed seeing her rival “fall on her face.”

The source revealed, “For J. Lo, it’s a huge kick in the teeth with Mariah making all these huge concert plans… she knows how much she’s been trash-talking her and laughing about her divorce.” Despite this, Lopez is reportedly determined to bounce back and might even use the competition with Carey as motivation.
