Dallas Uber Driver Attacks Elderly Passenger(Video)

A Dallas Uber driver is being investigated and wanted by police authorities after an alleged attack against an elderly man Wednesday afternoon. According to FOX4 reports, the incident happened in the Design District area, and it was all caught on tape.

See video below, WARNING it may be disturbing to watch.

The victim, Suleman Gauba, says he asked the uber driver for more leg room in the backseat. The uber driver cancelled the ride and told the couple to get out of the car. This ultimately ended in an altercation which resulted in Gauba being hit in the back of the head.

His wife contacted the police and possibly got a license plate as the Uber driver fled the scene.

Police are asking for anyone with information to contact Dallas Police Department.

At no time is it okay for a driver nor a passenger to put their hands on an individual. I fault these rideshare companies. You have passengers who are being charged ridiculous prices for their rides which make them feel a sense of entitlement. They enter these drivers vehicles making demands/request and don't tip the individuals providing the service. You have drivers who are frustrated from being under paid for providing the ride. I guarantee that driver was only being paid $3 to take the passenger down the road to Walmart. As a driver I can say passengers on Uber and Lyft rarely tip the individuals providing the service. In the past 2 days I provided 19 rides of the 19 rides 4 tipped. When I provide rides off the app all of my passengers tip. The best advice I can give is find yourself a personal driver and stop giving your money to these platforms who care nothing about the passengers nor drivers. They only care about streak holder profit.

Dallas police needs to contact Uber to get the driver's name, address & plate number....simple as that!!! Uber knows who this man is!!!
