Vodka inspired Christmas cocktails

Who says that holiday cocktails can only consist of whiskey as a main ingredient? Or that mulled wine is the only acceptable type of drink to warm you up as the temperatures plummet?

Vodka is here to disagree with that. And there's good news for Vodka lovers who want to enjoy a warm drink during the winter months. Check out these two vodka cocktails that are sure to warm you up and get you in the holiday frame of mind.

Recipe 

• 1.5 oz Ketel One Vodka  
• 0.5 oz spiced honey syrup 
• 1 tsp pecan syrup* 
• 0.25 oz lemon juice 
• 2 dash chocolate bitters 
• 3 oz milk oolong tea 

Method  

1. Steep milk oolong tea in boiled water for 3 minutes. 
2. Add first five ingredients to mug, top with tea and stir. 
3. Garnish with cinnamon stick and pinch of nutmeg.

Recipe 

2 ounce KOB Peach & Orange Blossom

1 Peach Teabag

1 Large Lemon Wedge

1 Tbsp. Honey

1 Cinnamon Stick

1 dash Orange Bitters

4-5 ounces Hot Water

Garnish: Lemon Wheel

Method: Add Ketel One, bitters, teabag, cinnamon stick, and honey to a mug. Top with 4-5 ounces of hot water and stir to dissolve honey. Let sit for 3 minutes, then remove teabag. Squeeze large lemon wedge into mug and discard. Stir to incorporate all ingredients. Garnish with a lemon wheel, in glass, and enjoy.
