    Every Wednesday, throughout the Ribs & Whiskey celebration, the exclusive Whiskey Dinner Series spotlights a different spirit brand, pairing their finest spirits with mouthwatering BBQ. Each three-course dinner starts at 7 p.m. and costs $75 per person. Guests are also entered to win a special reserve bottle of the featured bourbon or whiskey.     • Arugula Citrus Salad - candied orange vinaigrette, feta, pickled red onions, and bacon hazelnut crumble
    • Grilled Bistro Filet with bourbon demi and steak fries
    • Bourbon Pecan Pie topped with whipped cream and bourbon crème anglaise

    Wednesday, Sept. 18 - Old Forester

    • Fried Green Tomato with bourbon-glazed pork belly, pimento cheese, and balsamic glaze
    • Blackened Swordfish with mustard potatoes and mustard-caper vinaigrette
    • Carrot Cake with bourbon salted caramel
