Salt Creek Fire now 41% contained
Updated July 14 at 9:22 a.m.: According to the National Interagency Fire Center, containment on the Salt Creek fire grew to 41% overnight. The fire is still 4,081 acres big. The Salt Fire is approximately 10 miles east of Eagle Point and burning on private and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) land. New faculty and student trustees join Oregon Tech governing board
July 10, 2024, Klamath Falls, Ore. – Two new trustees joined the Board of Trustees of Oregon Institute of Technology this month. The trustees are Mark Neupert, Ph.D., a member of the Oregon Tech faculty, and Aaron Hill, a current Oregon Tech student. The trustees were nominated by Governor Tina Kotek and confirmed by the Oregon Senate on May 31, 2024.
