I Interviewed 3 Tampa Nurses on DeSantis Advising Against COVID Jabs for People Under 65

    2023-09-15

As COVID numbers start to climb and new boosters become available, Gov. Ron DeSantis and Surgeon General Dr. Ladapo advise AGAINST people under 65 getting the new mRNA boosters. I interviewed three Tampa nurses to get their thoughts on this important issue.

The Issue: Advising Against COVID Boosters

Despite FDA approval and recommendations from the CDC, Governor DeSantis and Dr. Ladapo are advising against people under 65 getting the mRNA boosters.

DeSantis stated, “Today, Dr. Ladapo is advising caution regarding the use of the hastily-approved mRNA COVID boosters. We will not stand by and let the FDA and CDC use Floridians as guinea pigs for mRNA jabs that have not been proven to be safe or effective.”

    3 Tampa Nurses Speak Up

I interviewed three Tampa nurses to see what they thought of our governor's response to this urgent issue. Here's what they said:

Luke stated, "It's really unfortunate that we have these people in power, like the governor and the surgeon general, advising against safety measures that work. We know they work. The rest of the world knows they work. The CDC has approved them. There's no reason for them [DeSantis and Ladapo] to advise against them and get more Floridians hospitalized. It's really unfortunate."

Lucy stated, "I wish I never got the vaccine to begin with. These are new vaccines, and honestly, we should stop pushing them on people. We should prioritize more studies before expanding booster eligibility for those under 65."

Ruth stated, "As a nurse, I've seen firsthand the devastating effects of COVID-19, and we need all the tools we can get to fight this virus. The mRNA vaccines have proven to be safe and effective, and booster shots can provide extra protection. I trust the FDA and CDC's recommendations and think we should follow their guidance."

What do you think? Do you think that people under 65 should take the booster? Let me know in the comments below.

*Note: Names have been changed to protect the anonymity of Florida residents.

NEITHER Desantis or his medical advisor is refusing to allow you to get a vaccine that obviously doesnt STOP you from getting covid, or from carrying it. Giving individual a choice is exactly what civil rights is about. if you investigate and confer with your medical advisors on value, it is your choice not the politicians. only idiots think this is about tyranny. mandates are tyranny.
