As Sky News began broadcasting their overnight General Election coverage, the opening scenes were met with some strange noises, as the exit poll results were revealed.

Kay Burley along with the Manchester Mayor Andy Burnam made sounds of shock and awe as the poll indicated that Keir Starmer’s Labour Party was forecast a landslide .
