GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KKCO) - Warmth :. The Western Slope is ongoing with temperatures near or slightly below 100 degrees. Today in Grand Junction, the forecasted high, which will be reached in the afternoon, is 98 degrees. The temperatures will remain in the upper 90s for the rest of the week but are expected to fall by a few degrees come Thursday, providing a slight relief from the heat.
