Win Son Bakery , known for blending Taiwanese and American culinary traditions, is setting its sights on Manhattan’s East Village for its next expansion.

The popular Brooklyn-based café, bakery, and restaurant has officially submitted an application to the Community Board for opening a new location, at 23 Second Avenue.

According to the details provided in the application, the proposed East Village outpost aims to mirror the operational model of its Brooklyn predecessor. The establishment plans to operate as a café, bakery, and restaurant, offering its unique blend of Taiwanese-American cuisine.

Proposed operating hours for the new location are from 8 a.m. to midnight daily, suggesting a commitment to catering to a wide range of dining preferences throughout the day and evening.

Despite attempts to reach out for further insights, Trigg Brown , co-owner of Win Son Bakery, has not provided a comment regarding the new venture. Brown is joined by Partners Joshua Ku and Danielle Spencer , opening the new Win Son under the company Kitchen Nuggets LLC.
