    This is the bizarre moment a vehicle was seen driving backwards on a busy highway.

    Video captured on July 10 shows the red car shooting past vehicles on the FDR Drive in Manhattan, New York City.

    “I couldn’t stay or keep up for long because we were on our way to a call so I didn’t report it to police.”

    Motorist Maria Claro, 35, saw the same red car as it sped past her vehicle on the left side.

    Claro, a writer, said, “I was speechless when I saw the car.

    “After I stopped filming, the vehicle just kept on driving up ahead.

    “I didn’t end up reporting it to the police.”
