10 most expensive homes sold in Lancaster County, July 15-21
A house in Manor Township that sold for $1 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Lancaster County in the past week. In total, 107 residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $365,542. The average price per square foot ended up at $195.

Gas prices are dropping in central Pennsylvania compared to last week, Gasbuddy data shows. Average gasoline prices in Harrisburg have fallen 3 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.63/gallon today, according to GasBuddy's survey of 241 stations in Harrisburg. Prices in Harrisburg are 0.8 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and stand 5.4 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.
