NORTH VERNON, Ind. – On Thursday, July 18, at 8:15 PM, Officer Nathan Vogel of the North Vernon Police Department (NVPD) conducted a traffic stop on a white Chrysler 300 for speeding in the 800 block of S State St. Officer Vogel identified the driver as Andy L. Physical Altercation Leads To One Shot Fired; Frankfort Man Arrested
Reports of gunshots resulted in the arrest of a Frankfort man on Monday and charges being filed for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and battery. On July 15 just after 11 a.m., Frankfort Police Department officers were reportedly dispatched to the 800 Block of Frankfort Place for a report of shots fired, but upon arrival, officers were unable to locate the involved parties, police say.
