LTC officials announce board officer appointments
Lakeshore Technical College Board of Trustees incumbent members Curt Brauer, Belinda Esquinas and Dr. Mike Trimberger have been reappointed to the board. Esquinas and Trimberger were sworn in at the board’s annual organizational meeting July 8. Not present at the meeting was Brauer, who will be sworn in during the board’s August meeting.

Tropical Depression Beryl is moving north with a path of storms in parts of the Midwest, but even Wisconsin could see some rain. According to the National Weather Service, remnants of Beryl are anticipated to reach the area by the evening of July 9, and could affect Fond du Lac and Sheboygan counties with moderate to heavy rainfall.
Manitowoc man arrested for alleged stabbing on July 4 in Two Rivers
TWO RIVERS, Wis. (WFRV) – A 62-year-old man was arrested in Manitowoc County on July 4 after allegedly stabbing a 51-year-old woman multiple times. According to a release, deputies with the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office and officers with the Two Rivers Police Department were sent to an address in the township of Two Rivers for a report of a woman who was stabbed.
