Delaware State Police arrested 52-year-old Linwood Sample of Smyrna, for a 7th offense felony DUI early Sunday morning. Officials said on July 28, 2024, at approximately 12:34 a.m., a trooper on patrol saw a gray Dodge Magnum with a fictitious Pennsylvania license plate weaving left and right while driving southbound on US Route 13 near Fieldsboro Road in Townsend. The trooper saw the car make additional traffic violations and pulled it over on Fieldsboro Road.
