NATCHITOCHES, La. – It took a little over two years to find Steven Burkett’s body after he had been reported missing. Two months later, three people are in custody. The Natchitoches Parish Sheriff's Office has arrested John A. Mitchell, 56; Randall Obannon, 43; and Shelly Florane. Mitchell and Obannon are in the parish detention center.
